[He's quick to his feet, but the standing thing doesn't last long. He wobbles a bit before plopping down on the edge of the bed with a groan.]

I don't doubt that you will, it's just that I don't think that you dashing off half cocked is going to find them any faster.

[Keep sitting Duo, or else.]

[Yeah, good luck with that, Gaignun. He's just going to growl and push himself to his feet again. He manages to stay standing this time before he stumbles over to his table where his guns are.]

You can't walk straight and your emotions are running ahead of your brain. At least sleep it off before you go hunting.

[Sleeping it off means he'd have to think about what happened while sober, and that's not a pleasant thing to think about without some sort of liquor in his system. He stops at the table, his eyes focused on the guns as he reaches out to pick them up.]

[Being taller also means longer limbs, and being sober means better reaction time. He is just going to confiscate those Duo.]

[If it were anyone else taking his weapons away, he would have probably punched or kicked at them. Not you, Gaignun. You get a free pass. He is going to glare at you and attempt to take his guns back, though.]

You can have them back later. Right now you just need to calm down and think about this rationally.

[To be fair, if it was anyone but Duo he wouldn't have tried this. Especially if it was Rubedo. But Gaignun has the highest hope that Duo can be calmed with out drunken violence]

[Still, he settles down on the edge of the bed again. Damn, why does the room have to keep moving like that?]

But you can't do it right now. Even if you were drunk you still wouldn't be thinking straight because of your anger. And like I said, you don't have any evidence yet.

[He groans and leans forward, propping his elbows on his knees as his hands rubs his face.]

[Have some grumbling thrown your way, Gaignun. He's going to lie down, but it's because he doesn't want to fall over. Yeah, that's the story he's going with.]

[Just keep doing as he says willingly Duo. That'll make everything easier. Gaignun'll just leave, and then come back a minute or so later with some water]

Drink it. You should probably try and sleep soon too.

[He'll take the water, but set it on the table after a small sip.]

[He rolls over onto his side, now facing Gaignun. His eyes fall close, though, even as he mumbles about not being tired.]

Well, it's here when you are. [AKA when Duo wakes up with a mouth full of cotton. But, Gaignun is also smart enough to hang out with Duo until he drifts off.]

Mm...G'nun?

[Yup, definitely mumbling by now. Why does a bed have to be so comfy, even with broken parts all over it?]

Yes? What is it Duo? [To pass the time he's just going to start picking up some of the more pointy parts so drunkers mcdrunkerson can't hurt himself]

[It should be on the makeshift coat hook Duo put up by the door, but more than likely it's ended up on the floor.]

[Gaignun looked around for a moment before finding said article of clothing and picking it up]

It can be, give me a second. [And coat no longer is laying on the floor]. At least you have better clothing tastes then Rubedo.

[He wears the thing everywhere. It's slowly becoming a security blanket of sorts...]
