[Duo has taken over the kitchen table for the time being. The entirety of the table is covered in opened manuals and several notebooks and stacks of loose leaf sheets of paper. On these papers are different designs, notes...and doodles.

He has finished a particular doodle when he decides he needs a break, and goes off to gather up something from his room. His notes are now unguarded.]

[When Duo comes back, that particular doodle had a tiny addition. Another stick figure with a distinctive line-like braid is sitting on the coffee cup rim]

[At first, Duo doesn't notice the addition to his original coffee cup doodle. It actually takes him a minute before he sees it. He blinks and looks around the kitchen for anyone around.]

What the...?

[Someone has made himself scarce.]

[Duo WILL get to the bottom of this mystery! He has his way of trying to figure out who dunnit!

Several hours later, he leaves again, this time with an addition to his previous coffee doodle. It looks like a stick figure of...Rubedo? That might be his earring there. This figure is actually sitting on an ice cube that has quite obviously melted around him while he's facepalming. Oh, he's even saying something!

"ICE MAKES FOR A GODDAMN AWFUL CHAIR"]

[Once again, the mysterious other doodler strikes. This time it's Rubedo(?) sitting in a puddle of water, staring at a stick figure with a pony tail, and one with a line braid)

[Oh, okay. That one gets a laugh out of him.

The next drawing he leaves though is something different. It's not an actual stick figure, but a full drawing of a dog. A tiny dog. Hell, someone might actually mistake it for a rat if they weren't paying attention.

The dog itself is tiny in comparison to the rather nice-looking dress shoe that it is sitting in and actually chewing on the edge of. Doesn't that look like Gaignun's shoe?]

[Hmm, the mysterious doodler has to think about this one.

Wait. No he doesn't.

There is a small doodle under it of the same rat/dog barking at a coat on a couch]

[Hey, isn't that...?]

Hey!

[Duo huffs and puffs as he taps the eraser of his pencil against his notebook in thought. Okay, who the hell is drawing these? Hrm...doubt it would be Albedo. Not sure if Rubedo could draw a dog that well (if the drawing of Gaignun's face on the kitchen door is any indication of his skills). Jenny might not have really noticed the one of Gaignun in the coffee cup...

Duo smirks as he gets to drawing. Again, these characters are more fleshed out than the usual stick figures. The rat/dog has made another appearance and looks to be chasing someone in a rather nice suit. The "someone" has dark hair to match the darkness of the suit.]

[The next drawing was of the rat dog sleeping on Duo's schematics]

[Okay, he's nearly doubled over at this point. He's laughing soooooo hard. One last drawing is left of a certain braided brat winking and holding up the fingers of one hand like a peace-sign Under the drawing is a caption.

"YOU ARE INDEED A WORTHY ADVERSARY. LET'S PLAY AGAIN SOMETIME!"]

[The response is a tiny little doodle of the distinctive design on Gaignun's suit lapel, along with the caption of "OF COURSE"]
