Like I said at the beginning however, you can believe me or not at your own desire. All I ask is that you do not pick up Margulis's habit of referring to me as 'URTV'.

Even a criminal deserves more respect than to be referred to in ways such as that, Mr. Kukai. In any case, I have no particular reason to doubt most if any of your responses to his claims.

I'll spare you the details, but I was manipulated by no one less than my own mentor from the moment we met.

Situations will do that sometimes, even though you'd like to dwell on something a little while longer.

Trust is a very powerful thing, a pity it's so easily abused. Each time it's broken, it gets harder and harder to bring yourself to trust again. [He's seen this happen many times with the people that came to the Foundation for refuge.]

No, I don't imagine so. I wasn't either when I was younger to be honest. But that just made it harder, didn't it.

I must face it regardless of how difficult it might be. I certainly have preferences concerning how to do so, however.
